On the 15th July I had forgotten my pair of boots that I had to leave by the door (as they don't have a parcel counter). When I went there the following day, I was given some attitude by the manager on duty and when i went there after work the other kept on promising to speak to the owner about this coz someone has to pay for these... till this moment, I haven't had any response from them. I believe that if they had a parcel counter, I would go there there the following day with my tag of course and the boots would still be chilling in the shelves. I wrote a letter to the owner and I haven't had any response from him/her.
