NWJ Clearwater has the worse customer service I have come across. I gave them a ring of mine to make to bands for it. My ring should of left their store on the 2nd of July 2013 to go to Durban which is their Head Office. I was to get feed was back on the 8th July, to my surprise the ring didnt even leave the store. I was told the person i gave my ring to resigned... AS IF THAT GOT ANYTHING TO WITH ME . I was promised it would leave on the 11th July and would get an answer on the 15th. Again my ring is not yet in Durban. They feel I dont understand why this is happening. The management in that store is so dead alive and cant seem to help with any query I have. TAKE IT FROM ME RATHER PAY MORE MONEY FROM A RELIABLE COMPANY RATHER THAN THEM . PATHETIC SERVICE
