I would like to take this moment to Congratulate Sbusiso one of your cleaners at the Jet Store in Sandton City. Sbusiso is just an ordinary cleaner but whenever a customer walks in the store trying to find something, sbusiso never fails to assist the customer.
I work for Aon South Africa, we are based just opposite Santon City, I come to the store quite often and every time without fail when I do come across sbusiso and seek assistance, he will certainly assist me.
Sbusiso is the kind of person that needs to be given recognition, his the type of person that I as a valued client would like to see behind the till because he understands what customer service is and what it entails.
