I am really dissapointed at the lack of transparency and dishonesty i received from this sales man at Game Jabulani Mall. I went to buy a fridge on Saturday and when i got there this eager salesman offered to Help. So i said I am looking for a fridge but my purchase relied on their ability to deliver on the same day. He said to me they do not do same day deliveries, so i said i have food going off, so is there anything he can do? he then went to the phone came back and said 'Yes, mam you will receive the fridge today, first you have to make the payment, then he'll send to dispatch. So i made the payment and left. When i got home i realised that he had written a delivery date for the next day, he later phoned and said he made a mistake but they will deliver tomorrow, i said ok tha's fine. On sunday nothing happenned i phoned the store and got hold of Siboniso, he then said he will find out what happenned but on sunday's they start deliveries after 12 noon but i will receive before two. I'm sadenned because nothing has happened, i still have food going off and dont know what i will do with that. :(. What has frustrated me even more is the lack of honesty and lack of consideration
