I was walking down one of the isles when Wayne offered to help me.
I told him what I needed and he asked me a whole lot of questions about the purpose and application of my project to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for.
Over and above that, he gave me an amazing deal that saved me a lot of money (I trust mentioning this won't cause him any trouble). I told him I may come back for more supplies for the next stage of my project and he told me I can come any time and find him.
I needed some screws as well when Dudley happened to be in the hardware isle. I got expert advise on which to use and why it would better suit my purpose.
