Very disappointed in the service that I received from Brands Unlimited in Musgrave Centre. I bought a pair of shoes that does not fit and is very uncomfortable to walk in. I wanted to return them this afternoon for a refund as I saw a better pair of shoes elsewhere. When I asked the manager for a refund, I was told that they do not give money back. I bought these shoes four days ago. According to my rights under the South African Consumer Protection act, she cannot deny me a refund as the product is in its original packaging, unused and accompanied by an original receipt. I then proceeded to tell her that I will be contacting our consumer watchdog - Wendy Knowler, just for the manager to shout in front of a full store that I must go for it! I WILL NEVER SHOP FROM THERE AGAIN!
