I have never been humiliatged like this in my life. On the 27/10/2013, I bought shoes for my grand daughter at pick n pay the glen mall. On Wednesday 30/10/2013 my daughter returned the shoes to Greenstone pick n pay clothing shop as they were small. She was given a receipt and given back the original receipt she went with. On Thursday I then went to Maponya Mall to exchange the shoes as I did not like them. As I get there am told to go to customer services, when i got there i got a ladies called Veronica or Mashudu not sure. I was then told i would be arrested as whatever am trying to do is, I was shouted at and a white man was called to the scene. I was told why did i go to greenstone to get a refund and why do i want a refund again. This lady was so rude and shouting everyone at the shop was now looking at me. I was told i should have gone back to where i bought the shoes as the policy does not allow me to exchange at any store. The white man came and read the receipt and told the 2 ladies that were causing a scene to please give me a refund as I was never given one at greenstone. The 2 ladies never apologise, I was just given my R34.99
