I purchased a handchain from nwj in la lucia mall last year august.this june the link broke I took in to the westwood branch and they said its not guaranteed and I will have to get it repaired, they will charge me for it. I then took the chain in to a reputable jeweller got it repaired and now it breaks again in a different place ..this is a waste of my money... as I had to pay for a repair to a handchain which is really defective.its defective workmanshop and nwj needs to take the responsibility of selling this type of product... I will always purchase jewellery from nwj and its disturbing to know that they do not want to assist when they products turns out to be defective.
