Purchased an orthopedic contour pillow sometime October last year, product worked like a dream for the
first few months. The pillow started giving me problems not too long after purchase. I reported my dilemma to
the respected store where l did the purchase, unfortunately they couldn't help me and eventually telephonically transferred me to their customer service agents. The consultant was highly unprofessional and just blurted out their 7 & 30 day policies and refused to see or deal with my problem. I can't see a valid reason to purchase any 'HOMEMARK' product period.
