I herewith formally lodge my concerns regarding a Hanover 3 piece bed purchased on the 04th October 2013. After approximately one month I discovered that the support for the base of the bed was completely damaged.
Considering the brief period I had possession thereof, I immediately escalated my concerns with House and Home. It has already been one week since my visit to House and Home and to date I have not been contacted by anyone regarding collection and/or exchange of this defective and inferior product.
Further to this, Kurt made mention of a quote in order to have this bed repaired. To my knowledge, CPA regulation clearly stipulates that the consumer has 6 months in which to exchange/refund a product if found to be defective.
I therefore excercise my right has a consumer and request that this defective product is exchanged for another.
