I bought a pair of Timberland boots from the Eastgate branch in the beginning of 2013. Two weeks ago I went back to the Eastgate branch to get a cleaning material for the leather boots. Unfortunately the cleaning material changed the colour of my boots.
Unhappy about the colour change, I mailed Timberland's head office. Timberland contacted me shortly after I sent my mail and advised that they will speak to Bashir and get back to me asap.
A day later Bashir contacted me and informed that he has arranged replacement boots for me. Although this was a discontinued range, he managed to get me the same boots in my size! I will be collecting them in 2 days' time.
Wow- all I can say is that I received EXTREMELY GOOD service from Timberland SA and will highly recommend anyone to support them. Their products are made from exceptional quality and they will last you for years!!
Not often enough do we take the time to thank people if they have gone the extra mile to provide gr8 customer service! This is my BIG THANK YOU to you guys at Timberland! To Bashir and his team- keep it up and thanks once again!
