I have been purchasing shoes from various timberland stores over the last couple of years and really enjoy the comfort of wearing them.
I do however always find it irritating and disappointing that your stores dont stock the replacement shoes laces for the shoes that you sell.
In other words the after sales service of Timberland needs to improve where this is concerned.
I have several pairs of shoes where the leather laces broke and cannot wear them as I cannot find replacement shoelaces anywhere.
Its like buying car and not finding parts.
So can you please attend to this.
