I bought a pair of boots in May (to replace a previous pair that has split open down the side) and this pair of shoes is now also starting to come apart?? the quality of the boots is not the same as other pairs bought for use by both me and my wife. She is loving her Tims but I am scared to wear mine for fear of being embarrassed (again) in public.
Bashir assisted me well with the issue in May and I would prefer him to contact me again. I do understand that in all batches there will be an anomaly but spending over R1000 for a pair of shoes that show signs of pending irreversible damage leaves a bad taste.
Required: contact form Timberland on how resolve this. I can drop the shoes off at Eastgate or at your head offices in Houghton for inspection. Nothing less than a replacement pair (off equal value R1500.) will be considered acceptable to resolve. Any other resolution will have to come from a discussion with the head of Timberland South Africa.
