I went to Legit @ Carnival Mall and I bought a pair of black shoes. I tried on the size 4. I got home and one shoe was a size 4 and the other a size 7. I had to drive all the way back, (when I stay in Springs) to get the correct size shoe. I asked for the manager and asked for a discount since I had to use my petrol and pay for toll gates again. All she said was 'unfortunately not'.
The shoes were connected as a pair and is not my fault that they were not packaged correctly.
Why should I as the consumer be held responsible for your incompetencies?
