I ordered a made to order corner fit lounge suite from the company with my own selected fabric and to fit a specific area. On delivery it appeared that there had been a misunderstanding of the exact design selected of one section of the unit, which can be ascribed to there having been a personal guest present during the consultation. Mr. Perrins arranged for the section of the couch in question to be collected and it was remade to my specification without any further costs involved. At all times I was kept informed of the progress and of the final delivery. The quality of the workmanship is high and the final cost of having a lounge suite aligned with my personal taste and fit compares more than favourably to having purchased one at any of the popular stores which I had researched thoroughly prior to ordering from Interior Motives. Such service is rare and should be commended.
