I made a payment of R400.00 on the 13th may at Jet store Yeoville branch and apparently is not showing in your records, I have been enquiring about this since may and this matter has not been attended, I am very sorry but I am losing it now because you are busy sending me messages. can you please contact the store manager at Yeoville store "NISIPHO" and update my account ASAP please, the ref for my last enquiry is 31051395/GO. I am really sick and tired about your poor service, is not my fault that your system was not working properly. my account is paid up and I want it closed, those interest accumulating will have to be written off.
I really hate this kind of things, make sure that my credit record stay clean for the sake of your business.
PLEASE PLEASE ATTEND TO THIS MATTER
