I walked into a Mr Price at The Mall @ Reds this afternoon and was shocked by such lack of unprofessionalism from a lady by the name of Sibongile Masoka. Why she's kept in front/cashier level to assist customers when she cant even fake a smile is what amazes me. You greet she doesnt greet back, instead she influences her colleagues to do wrong. While her Manager Brandon was authorising my transaction, she called a colleague of hers by the name of Khethiwe, to have a chit chat session while holding each other with their backs away from us and i found that very unprofessional not to mention DISGUSTING, ALL I WANTED WAS SERVICE WITH A SMILE NOT TO HAVE PPLS BUMS IN MY FACE. Couldnt they wait for one to leave the store with a smile before they become sarcastic calling out names like"MAMA GIGI" which is anyone's guess who they were referring to. She pulls a face when you talk to her, maybe she should be kept away from customers. Am a regular at your store and for as long as you keep people like her one will think twice before visiting your store.
She was away from work for a while and im sorry to mention the atmosphere was far much better than when shes around. Shes a disgrace!!!
