I am so disgusted with Identity's Braamfontein store manager, and Identity as a whole. Yet still you expect us as consumers to be loyal to the brand while you treat us as trash. How the do you expect me to pay for something that is not in my position. I hope lose all your customers. This page exists for no reason and I thought it was here to solve the problems we have as consumers. I am going to break off my card asap and will never by again from this group.
