Complaint lodged 6 June - It is with great sadness that my little boy opened his box of duo milo this week, only to find about 6 white shells in the box. I was told by your customer care that someone would contact me. Please could you view the photos I am attaching and let me know what I should say to my little boy who only eats milo, drinks milo hot chocolate as well as your milkshakes. He is with a nutritionist for Insulin retention and this is the only product she allows him. So yes I only had one box at home, and the lady on the phone said a rep would come collect it and the box... still waiting. Thank goodness we could go get more. Since my complaint and I have had no feedback or vouchers as promised by you people. It makes me so angry that people make promises which they do not keep and kids get excited over nothing.15 July 2013 -
I am wondering if you guys are real, this week I bought 3 box's of milo duo as my little boy wanted the Monsters inc. stuff in the box. He wanted to collect all 3. Out of the 3 box's only 1 had the stuff in. This is really tedious and I have no choice but to buy your product which leaves a bitter taste in my mouth as I am forced to buy it.
