So impressed with Nestle

Recently I have come to feel quite let down by well known businesses and service providers who have let me down with their poor customer service and their lack of focus on customer satisfaction. I started to believe that quality customer service had become a thing of the past. However, Nestle has completely restored my confidence in the fact that there are businesses who still care and companies who strive for excellence, ensuring that their customers are appreciated, respected and well looked after. Just last week I bought a box of milo cereal and found that the promotional Monster's University toy was not inside the box. My brother and myself, who are fans of the Monster's Inc movies, were disappointed to find no toy. I phoned the Nestle customer care line and the lady who I spoke to was so helpful, caring and interested in my complaint. Today I received another toy, a box of milo cereal and a very moving letter via post from the Nestle company. I am so impressed with how the whole situation was handled at Nestle. I have been treated with care and respect and have been on the receiving side of a very professional and excellent attititude from the employees at nestle.
