Almost a week and still no prize

I received a call last week To inform me I won a competition for a leap pad 2 explorer via nestle. I had entered the competition and i was excited as its the first I win something. unfortunately I have received nothing up to date and every time I contact the guy who called me he says he is waiting on Nestle? This morning he was waiting on Nestle again to say if I can get the prize because they are checking with the CPA if I need to have proof of purchase. They have already told me I had won. It seems they are looking for any excuse to keep the prize back. I have checked CPA regulations and the Act and there is nothing stating a receipt is needed. I can look for it as I an sure it just be with my stuff somewhere but why if they don't need it.

I am really disappointed in Nestle and the way this is being handled. Almost as if I am a criminal.
