I settled my account with these people on the 13/06/2013, I sent through proof of payment to Stacy Christian who sent me an e-mail stating that she received the proof of payment and my that my account was on a zero balance and she reassured me that the monthly debit order would not go off the following month.
On the 1/07/2013 an amount of R892 was deducted from my account. I sent her an e-mail to asking her to rectify this, she never replied to my e-mail. I called in and spoke to a lady called Boiponi Ntjakata who promised that I would be refunded within 7 days. I still haven't received that amount.
