Ordered flowers online last night. 2 attempts later which took me all the way through to payment details. After input of credit card details received a message that the payment failed. Second attempt same payment failed message. Abandoned attempt to order & logged out. Shortly after received 2 SMS confirmations from bank that 2 payments of R335 each had been reserved by Netflorist. Phoned call centre this morning & after 3 very frustrating calls was told that I need to email them proof of the payments for them to attend to it. The first 2 agents confirmed there are no registered orders under my profile.
Eventually spoke to call centre supervisor, Cazley Emanual & was told that they are in crisis (her words) & that IT are working on it. I explained that I cannot send proof as credit card statements are released monthly but that my Bank has given me the 2 authorization numbers which Netflorist must use to track the orders. Was told that is not enough - they need to see a statement with my name, credit card number & amounts. She said IT will then release 1 order & return 1 amount. I asked what order as the agents told me no registered orders on system. Not acceptable!
