I happen to work in Randburg and occasionally drop by at the mall for shopping, i went to the foschini and randburg and foschini moved from being my favourite store to my worst. the service is bad!! the ladies treated me horribly both times i was there she refused to serve me at her till and pointed me to the till with a long queue at cosmetics counter. there are 3 tills and one was opened. when i asked the lady she says i must wait in the queue in the meantime chowing GUM in my face and thats the manager. not once did i see a smile on their faces. the other day i got there at 5pm mind you they close at 6pm and they refusedv to run my bill saying shes closed!!! why is the door notv closed?? i loveD foschini jow im just wondering who wants to drive it to the ground.
