After being told Friday afternoon that a report and assessment would be completed on Monday i have not had any further feedback with regards to this. i do not know what is now happening with the couch.
after reading other complaints about house and home in general i have come to realise that everyone gets a generic response from customer service division with no real help or resolution the entire franchise is pathetic and will never purchase from them again.
