Cheap prices or being cheap?

When a banded double pack vitamins cost R150 but gets a sticker "special for R75" because the expiry date is the next month, how much do you have to pay? Clicks in Nonesi Mall Queenstown's answer is 2x R75= R150... "the original price"... cheap. As Afrikaans speaking customer I was impressed by the bilingual pamphlet in very good Afrikaans, thus I wrote a complaint letter in Afrikaans to Clicks Head office. I then received an email in English and a phone call by an English only speaking lady who spelled out my ignorance. Is Afrikaans only the carrot to lure Afrikaans speaking customers? Cheaper I replied with an email in my English a photo of an identical banded double pack with "buy one get on free" and the expiry date to explain my unintelligent ignorant reasoning. Still today no reaction at all- Cheapest!
