I bought home theatre last year or in 2011, i was suppose to have payed in 24 month instalment but i paid in 12 months I was also paying insurance, last year October after i payed up my Acc I went back to the store to claim my damaged speakers, and they told me that i must pay extra money for them to be fixed while my guarantee only finish this year.

what i want to know is that why should i have to pay extra money while i payed them in full, if this can not be repaired as i payed them i would want to change for a new one and or get a full refund as i can not seat with a radio without speakers as I'm not deaf.
