Very very bad service and bad product

Hi just to inform every one about makro, I bought 3d blue ray dvd player from makro which I paid arm and legs for it it was LG reason I bought branded stuff so it can last me longer but after 8 to 9 month 2 of the speakers stop working I tested the speakers with other channel still did not work so I went to makro told them that I checked with other channels of dvd but this 2 speakers not working so they book the speakers for me and take abut 2 to 3 weeks so I left it with them after three weeks I received the call from makro they told me that I must bring dvd player as well so I ask them why? no answer so I took the dvd player as well to makro manager name Timmy Jones told me that they have to book the dvd player I ask why they will send to LG and LG will test it will take 2 to 3 weeks again I told them I did check the speakers already and its not dvd its speakers he said they have to book in I said to them please bring my speakers back because that service level is very bad so I phone head office spoke to their national complaint manager Cecilia she told me its going to take 6 weeks what a bull service I think they r buying a Gray products. very bad service sham on you makro.
