I would like to express my disappointment from the lack of service by your Brakpan Branch. on the 5 July I went to the branch early in the morning (8am) as I needed a glass changed at home. The Lady assured me that someone will come home by 11am... It is now 2.43pm and still no one has arrived. They did not even bother calling me back to advise they are going to be late. When I called back now, the lady says that they are very busy and don't know when they will come out. Is this how you do business... I am a paying client and do not need this type of service... It is now Tuesday afternoon and no one has even bothered calling me back or come to fit the glass. I'm not sure why clients would support a business like this. I have also sent a complaint to head office and still waiting for them to reply.
