It is impossible to get a quote from PG glass for the repair of window glass. A map was sent with directions to our premises. The driver could not read the map. What chance is there then that he is competent to be able to measure. After numerous phone calls to the relevant branch and to head office, no one has yet come out to measure after four days. A complete disrespect for potential clients integrity and time. PG, other people DO have a schedule and are not there when ever it suites you. If you are serious about staying in business do something meaningful instead of replying with your standard response:
"Our sincere apologies for this negative experience.
Your complaint has been escalated to the relevant regional manager and will be attended to accordingly.
As per our discussion, the branch will be assisting you today.
