I bought a bed set (Orthopaedic Premium Bed Set (152cm) - Inv. #C32) less than six months ago and I am very disappointed with this product. Three months ago it started having a small squeeking sound and that sound has been escalating and it now sounds like I have an ancient bed set made from wire springs. I have tried numerous times to turn the mattress to avoid the sound while sleeping (tossing and turning) but this does not work. I have not shared my bed with anyone since taking ownership and I feel like I am not getting the "value" of what I paid for. I am not impressed, and I want to know what the returning/exchange policy (if any) in this regard as I feel 'short-changed'.
