WE PURCHASED A AMORE SET IN OCT 2012.THE SET 3 SEATER THE COILS ARE PETRUDING AND SEATS ARE SAGGING, THE 2 SEATR SEATS ARE SAGGING AND U COULD FEEL THE COILS, THE RECLINER IS SAGGING AND LEANING TO THE RIGHT, SPOKE TO MANAGER AT THE STORE HE SAID THAT THEY MUST SEND IT FOR REPAIRS AND THAT WE WONT HAVE ANYTHING TO SIT ON FOR -2 WEEKS, I DONT WANT THE SET REPAIRED, AS WE HEARD NUMEROUS INCIDENTS THAT SETS COME BACK WORSE AND TAKE LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS FOR REPAIRS, I WANT THE SET TO BE TAKEN BACK, CREDITED AND I AM WILLING TO GET A LOUNGE SET THAT IS OF BETTER QUALITY, THE MANGER THEN SAID THAT THEY DONT DO THAT, HOUSE AND HOME SURELY CAN ACCOMODATE THIS AS THE AMORE SET QUALTY IS OBVISOUSLY NOT GOOD, I AM WILLING TO GET A NOTHER SET FROM THEM BUT THEY DONT WANT TO ACCOMODATE US WHAT TO THEY REALLY HAVE TO LOOSE, AS THEY ONLY NEED TO PICK UP SET, CREDIT AND WORK OUT THE DEFFERENCE ON NEW SET, THE MANAGER ALSO TOLD ME THAT HE WONT KEEP SECOND HAND SETS IN HIS STORE, AND THE SUPPLIER NEEDS TO DECIDE AFTER 3 REPAIRS IF THEY WILL REPLACE IT I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE IDEA OF REPAIRS AND WE SITTING ON THE FLORR FOR LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS SURELY THEY CAN DO SOMETHING AND REPLACE THE SET WITH BETTER ONE
