Gave my phone into autopage after a fall, to claim on my insurance was told it would take 5 weeks, followed up 5 weeks later it was in for repair, fine another week later still in for repair, another week later still in for repairs, another week later still in for repairs...? THAT I KNOW BUT I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 5 WEEKS, ITS NOW 8! And still no answ, except... I DONT KNOW? Who does know? i dont i know my phones at repairs! if they have started or if its been repaired, I Dont Know, o yes and its not Gezinas branches problem they part of a franchise, surely if you a owner of such a store you should supply a service or were you taught by headoffice as there is NO SERVICE! A drive from jhb to ptA and they stil didnt answ there phone, and when they did on 3 occasions 3 hrs apart Mr George just steppdd out. Fed up, I will no longer pay for a service that im not able to use.
