DID NOT RECEIVE REG MAIL WITH NEW PIN NUMBER

Clicks call centre sent me my new pin number per registered mail. I have requested this twice and have not received any registered mail from them. They resent after the first time I requested a pin number. How many times will I need to phone and request before I eventually get it. In the meantime, I cannot use my credit card as I do not have a pin number. I was told by the call centre I will just have to wait for them to resend it and that I cannot collect it.
