BAD ATTITUDE/ BAD SERVICE

On the 4 Jan 2013 I replace a flat tyre. On the 8th Kwik-Fit did my wheel alignment & bent the camber - by the way they never bent anything - they slotted the camber. on the 20 Jan i had flat tyre on my way home (3 km from home). 21st Jan i went back to them to find out why the tyre was flat but there was no puncture. its not my rim, that is fine. after sitting there over an hour and waiting they wanted to check if the rim was dirty. Of course the rim was dirty now - but what about before? the competition replaced my tyre, rechecked wheel alignment for free! new tyre fits perfectly on a perfect rim. the verdict -NEW TYRE WAS NEVER SEALED CORRECTLY - but i will have a hard tim we proving this! back to Kwik-fit - the way i was treated and constantly that it was not his car and he did not have the answers and that i must have misunderstood the 4th/ 8th and today, is unbelievable. I dont want to hear that I don't understand and that he has been in the motor industry for 20 years and knows what he is doing. I dont want customers & personnel standing around when I am trying to discuss a problem & constantly been told that I misunderstood- I have had the same set of tyres on for over a y
