To whom it my concern
I would just like to take YDE for amazing service every other time i have shopped there.
Except for Saturday afternoon, i went into the store and needed assistance in the shoe section, after 20mins of waiting, i went to the change room assistant to ask and he was very helpful. he pointed out the shoe assistant who was having a more interesting conversation on their phone, then when I asked if they had the shoe in black and a size 5, he said well is it on the shelf? so i said i didnt see anything, so his reply was "well then its obviously not there! " other than the shocking service from him, he reeked with alcohol!
I did ask the security in the shop for the manager but they were on lunch.
as much as i love shopping at YDE and have never had a problem i do hope this matter will be resolved
