I was at the Clearwater Mall branch and they did not have a size 3 shoe. They confirmed with Cresta Branch that they do have a size 3 in store and I confirmed that I would collect during the course of the day. The shoe was put aside for our collection. Clearwater Mall gave my contact name and details to Cresta. This was at 2.00pm. I traveled to Cresta to collect and purchase the shoe at 4.30pm. Upon arrival the assistants were leaning against the front of the till area chatting. I informed them I was there to collect the Anastasia shoe and they informed me that they could only find 1 shoe. Bianca Jacobs the store manager, was out smoking and purchasing items at Clicks. She had thought it more important to do that than to call me and advise me not to travel all the way to the branch for no reason as they could only locate one shoe. Then after much frustration, Lebo, a shop assistant advised that she would call the branches and locate the shoe and have it delivered to Cresta Branch.
