We had a item collected from us to be delivered to a Customer.
Our customer phoned us a over 2 week later saying they still have not received the item.
The item seems to have gone missing or was delivered and received by the wrong person.
BERCO has not gotten back to us, as no explanation for us and cant give us a answer
to what or where our item is? This item is valued at over R10 000.00???
The service level has defiantly gone down and no one can seem
to rectify this problem???
Why do we only get a response from Hellopeter???
