I lodged a query online concerning my smart shopper account on the 28 th June 2013 and I haven't received any feedback yet. I only received ref no 287142 but no respond to date. Pick n Pay please assist further as I 'm unable to use my points as yet. Smart shopper card no 7353280029412018. I never used it before and I'm already experiencing problems as it is not linked to my ID no.
