Bad Service/UCOUNT CARDS

I visited the above store to do my regular shopping. when i wanted to pay, I produced my Standard Bank UCOUNT card, The cashier called the duty MANAGER, but she wasn't sure either. It took so long, so i decided to pay. She returned and said "Apparantly we do take them, do you want to use it now? "When i told her that i've already paid, she replied" the cashier should find out beforehand", who must the cashier ask, if the Manager is not shure? Not impressed
