So i go to do my monthly groceries as per normal and as expected its the first of the month and the store is packed, i stand in the queue for 30 min (patiently) and when it is my turn to pay this security lady jumps in and asks the cashier to ring her items quickly i obviously object to this as she was not in the queue and she becomes rude and arrogant telling me that she had told the other people in the queue that she would come back, needless to say that no one in the queue could back her story, i refused to allow her to ring her stuff and now the packer and the cashier give me serious attitude, the packer even went as far as telling me not to knock the food items around as i can see that she is busy packing the groceries, now this was a totally uncalled for remark needless to mention the rudeness of it... some people should really get jobs where they will not have to deal directly with the customers...
