In Jan we bought a new leather lounge suite and dining suite. Sent the chairs back as they were wobbling when sat on. Waited 5 to 6 mths to get them back! Many uptight phone calls to several ppl from top to bottom. Eventually after a call to a top dog threatening legal action we got our dining chairs back. Unfortunately, they still wobble AND they haven't been stained properly. The colour and finish is not the same as the table. We are too afraid to send them back as we waited so long for them. Very sad as the furniture they sell is stunning :(
