On 13 June 2013 I ordered, and paid cash, for a 2 seater red leather couch. The instruction was that I will call for delivery. A week later I called on a Wednesday and was told that the deliver on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. I arranged for delivery on Tuesday, 25 June 2013. On the 25th in the afternoon, I called to enquire and was told that they only deliver once a month, at the end of the month and that the couch is currently being manufactured and it still has to be QC'd. We then visited the store to follow up and was shown on the computer that delivery will be on 2 June 2013. This morning, 4 July, I called AGAIN, the person was going to call me back. It is now 13.37, still no couch, still no phone call!!! Kindly let me know which of the 12 month ends were they referring to? Why do they keep on changing stories and delivery times? We are talking about a lot of money here!
