Dear Makro,
I spent the better half of today to rush home to receive two expensive TV's I purchased at your store. I shoudve expected this given the delayed rsponse from the sales team at the store. Confusion and sheer disregard for customers waiting to be served.
This delay has cost me not only time but lost work hours and I still have no TV. I want an urgent repsonse and remedial measures. The invoice is 14424356 for two TV's a 47 Inch LG and a 40 Inch Samsung 3D for delivery to Humewood. Sort this out urgently.
