BAD SERVICE AND DISHONESTY

I Samkelisiwe Mthembu opened an account with Dial a Bed 22/05/2013 at Kempton Park and the bed was supposed to be delivered on the 29/05/2013, waited for 3 hrs for them. Was told that the system crushed. I have been calling them for feedback and was taken from pillar to post. yesterday 02/07/2013 I called them again and later around 5 pm, got a sms from 0786563479 stating that they were at my place but there was no one at home, hence I spoke to Dumisani that they should call my caretaker Mashudu since am at work. Mashudu did not receive a call from them. today 03/07/2013 asked my aunt to make a follow up and David told her that on his system warehouse did go to my place. After sometime got a call from Carla from the warehouse she said the bed will be delivered tomorrow after work. and she gave me my order number 2402565. So my question is with this brand:
1. Who is suppose to give feedback?
2. Was it my fault that the system crushed?
3. Who buys me airtime, since I do follow ups?
4. Who did they call when making delivery? Mashudu and I didn't receive a call.
