RUSSELL'S FAILURE TO DELIVER ON THEIR PROMISE!!!!!

I bought a Washing Machine cash on Tuesday 23/04/2013 and we advised them that we have our own transport, but we had to wait for them to capture the details of the sale on the system as when i bought it on Tuesday their systems where off line, and they where supposed to call us, as soon as the system is working again, and no one called we called the following day and we where given the account number details, we had to have on the invoice for collecting the machine at the warehouse, but unfortunate for us we where told a story of the Ware house being opened and where not sure if they had the stock, we have been waiting for the managers feedback until today, no one is making any means of calling at least to explain what's happening, I have to call them to follow up which is time consuming for me, and the telephone bill as well, so I want my money Back. I called the store today 29/04/2013 I spoke to Johan (Store Manager) I told him I'm not happy with their service and he said they tried to call on Friday but I did not even have missed calls, and I told him I want my money and he said he will call me as soon as they have cash, my question to him is how long would that take?
