I received a sms on Saturday 23th indicating that my salary had been paid to my account. 15 minute after I received an Auto call from FNB advising me that the suspecting from my account there is a withdrawal of R1500 x 2 a total of R3000 they gave me a reference no for my call RK1303231789. I went to the East Rand mall branch on the 23th to fill in the forms and I was advised that I will receive a new car later than 3 days, till today I went to Main Branch the card is not there and I has to apply for a temp card I ask my self how can they charge me for a temp card while the card was not lost the was? I find that to be pathetic as I needed urgent help. the card is closed due to but not lost and. I NEED TO BE COMPENSATED AND DEMAND A CALL NOW! My MONEY WAS DUE TO LUCK OF CUSTOMER PROTECTION FROM FNB. I will take this ombudsman if am not helped and am charge for the temp car I did not loos my card.
