Hi I bought a home entertainment system cash just before Christmas. when i opened the box three days later i started to install the system. then when that was completed i noticed where is the remote to activate the radio. Well its a month later and i have had no call back what so ever. Now i'm tired of being nice and i think im going to return the full system tommrow without a remote. The Floor managers takes me for a fool and think i will leave this hear. they even go so far as to make up stories that they went to the shop quickly. but surely a floor manager is supposed to be there all the time until the shop closes. now i want to make it clear to anyone who receives this tommorow afternoon i will drop of the system withouh packaging becuase i cant use the system. so either we come to an agreement on somthing becuase i see you are celling demo models for a very ecpencie price but surely it should be less becuase with the christmas party that was held at the back of the hyper house and home the sound systems was probably abused. and the one floor manager should take care of the issue not pass the buck. he also had alchole during the time where he tried to acuse me i threw the remot
