Its not the first time i went to Game in Kolonnade to buy things, but today was the last, you always have to stand in a que for 10-15min and again today there is only 3 tills open. I probably saw about 8 people just dropping their good in the nearest shelve and left including me. The till sups hanging around in the front, one is laying against the jewelery counter on the phone with 5 chocloates in her hand and the other one is having a conversation to an old man singing, looks like the stock counter, making jokes that he sounds like Marvin Guy. Instead of opening another till or directing people to the cigaret counter. I guess Mass mart is to big to worry about service after all, its shocking to see that the one cashier is affraid to help more customers than the other one. I wont shop there again its a fact... to many staff getting paid to do nothing there...
