I hardly ever enter that store anymore, because they never have my sigarette's in stock, or their is some form of non pricing on the shelves, and no assistance from the staff, no help by the electronics section etc etc etc. Today 15 Oct I decided to give them another chance when I entered the store to purchase a carton of chesterfield classic blue 30's. To my detriment the cashier told me they don't sell cartons anymore to consumers. I asked what nonsense this was, and she told me that it was an instruction from their store manager. I was then advised by the cigarette counter lady of the same thing as the supervisor of the tills that was called could not explain it to me. I then immediately asked for the area manager's details as I had enough of this branch. I was then walked to the shop front counter. I got issued with the regional office nr's which is not what I asked for. When I explained to Reginald what my problem was, he did nothing to resolve it, had a aggressive and bad attitude. Further to this, we walked over to the counter, the lady advised they did not have any stock now for 2 weeks. I left the store empty handed, no apology, and no nr to contact his boss. Disgusting.
